After 16 years of research by Vietnam Wax Joint Stock Company, in April 2017 at Hoa Binh Theater - Ho Chi Minh City. It’s the space of more than 100 wax figures carved in the image of the famous Vietnamese artists and was opened for the first time, attracting the attention and stirring the curiosity of many people. The wax statues displayed here are just like real life images of artists. This is the great effort of the three artists Nguyen Van Dong, Nguyen Thi Dien and Thai Ngoc Binh for many years. It is known that more than 100 of these wax figures are made with the capital of 35 billion Vietnam dong. The waxes are specially processed so that they can be presented at normal temperatures as long as avoiding direct sunlight.
Coming to the museum of Vietnamese artist wax, you’ll be surprised to view the statues of wax that are elaborately carved in small details. The statues are sculpted in a ratio of 1: 1 with the real physique and the weight of each artist. At times, you probably feel like standing right next to a real artist.
